Delivery in the US and Canada
We ship products to the US and Canada. If you are interested in placing an order from another country, please contact us.
We ship by USPS inside the USA with a tracking number.
We also ship by UPS with a tracking number in the USA and to Canada. We will choose the best solution regarding the price and the delay of delivery according to the weight of your order.
You will receive an automated email notification to inform you about your tracking number.
Time in transit and Delivery Date
We try our best to ship the same day. However it can happen that the shipment goes out only the next business day. Please note that orders received after 1 pm will ship the next day and orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday.
The items in Francoise Lama-Solet’s boutique are made to order in a specific size and require between 2 to 3 weeks to be created and mailed.
Orders Taken over the Phone
Online orders are the preferred method, but we gladly take orders over the phone.

Payment by Check
Please contact us if you wish to pay by check. Paying by check will take a little longer than paying by credit card as we will ship your goods only once your check has been cleared.
Refused Shipment/Delivery Failure due to Lack of Availability
It is important that each customer provide us with the correct shipping information. Any orders placed with incorrect addresses and/or zip codes that need to be corrected by UPS for delivery will incur an additional charge of $5.00 for standard delivery. Any shipments that are returned to Flavors of France by shipping carriers due to: refusal of delivery; incorrect address supplied by customer; undeliverable address or delivery failure due to lack of availability on recipient's part will not be automatically refunded.
Refunds that are requested and approved by Flavors of France will be issued to your credit card. If you wish that the order be re-shipped, a second shipping charge will be billed equivalent to actual shipping charges. Please make sure that your shipping address is a street address, as we do not deliver to a P.O. Box. Please be aware that there are absolutely no refunds on order shipped in Canada.
Lost and Damaged Merchandise
Inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt and notify carrier if shipment is lost or damaged. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
Out of Stock Items
Items out of stock are marked “out of stock” on our website.
Please inspect and check the items that you ordered once you receive them. If you are not satisfied with your order, please return the items in original condition with a copy of the invoice within 10 DAYS. All items must be new and unused, preferably in the original packaging, with the freight prepaid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Sorry, we cannot accept any returns after 10 DAYS or without an invoice. Please use a traceable shipping method (UPS, FEDEX, or insured mail) to return your order. Flavors of France is not responsible for returned orders that we do not receive or if the returned order is damaged during shipping. You don't need to get authorization from us to return an order but please let us know that you are not keeping it.
The boutique of Francoise Lama-Solet does not accept returns or exchanges on the items “made to order”. The items “ready to ship” can be returned within 5 days. Items should be in original condition with tags and labels and should not have been worn.
We will not accept returns on edible products, thanks for your comprehension.
